Location (classical)
At the temple, in the depression located 1 cun posterior to the midpoint between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye. (Fig. 12.3)
How to find it (practical)
With the face turned upward, locate the midpoint between the end of the eyebrow and the lateral commissure of the eyelid, 1 cun posterior, in the depression.
