In dorsal decubitus, locate the point 6 cun above the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline, at the level of Ju Que (CV-14).

Perpendicular insertion, 0.5–0.8 cun.
Etymology
You (幽), pylorus; Men (门), gate. The point belongs to the Kidney Meridian, Foot Shao Yin, and lies in the epigastric region, the location that corresponds to the pylorus.
