Location (classical)
Consists of two points. On the dorsal aspect of the hand, between the second and third and between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, at the midpoint between the wrist crease and the metacarpophalangeal joints. (Fig. 12.17)
How to find it (practical)
With the palm facing down, or with the fingers slightly flexed, locate the points between the second and third and between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, respectively at the midpoint of the distance between the transverse wrist crease and the metacarpophalangeal joints.
