Aquatic Walking
Low-impact aerobic exercise in a pool. Buoyancy reduces the axial load on the hip and knee, making walking tolerable in advanced osteoarthritis.

Progressive Whole-Body Stretch
A systematic sequence of gentle stretches covering all major muscle groups. Improves sleep quality and reduces morning stiffness in fibromyalgia.

Seated Cat-Cow
Adaptation of the cat-cow movement for patients who cannot get into a quadruped position (frequent in rheumatoid arthritis). Preserves segmental mobility of the spine.
