On the lower abdomen, 4 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline (at the level of CV-3).
How to find it (practical)
In dorsal decubitus, locate the point 4 cun below the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline, at the level of Zhong Ji (CV-3).

Perpendicular insertion, 0.5–1.0 cun.
Etymology
Da (大), great; He (赫), abundance. This is the Crossing point of the Kidney Meridian, Foot Shao Yin, with the Chong Mai, the place where the Qi of the Lower Jiao is abundant.
