Location (classical)
On the lower abdomen, 0.7 cun above and 0.5 cun lateral to SP-12, 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline.
Anatomy
External and internal oblique muscles. Innervated by the ilioinguinal nerve.
Needling
Perpendicular insertion, 1.0–1.5 cun.
Etymology
Fu (府), the six Fu of Zang Fu; She (舍), abode. The point lies in the abdominal cavity, the abode of the six Fu.
