📍 Location (classical)
Behind the base of the little finger, in the depression between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones. When the fist is clenched, the point lies under the tip of the little finger on the palm.
🧭 How to find it (practical)
With the palm facing up and bending the fingers, the fingertips touch the palmar crease. Locate the point in the depression between the tips of the little and ring fingers, where the tip of the little finger touches when the hand is closed.
🔬 Anatomy
Skin, subcutaneous tissue, palmar aponeurosis, median antebrachial vein, palmar branch of the median nerve, and part of the superficial branch.

Perpendicular insertion, 0.3–0.5 cun.
📜 Etymology
Shao (少), young; Fu (府), place. The point belongs to the Hand Shao Yin Meridian, where the Qi of the meridian is introduced.
