Linea alba. Innervated by the eleventh intercostal nerve.

Perpendicular insertion, 0.5–1.0 cun.
Etymology
Qi (氣), Qi; Hai (海), sea. The point is located below the umbilicus; it is the sea of the Qi of the body.
